Before you can port a number to Zapappi, we will require two pieces of information from you.
Letter of Authority
The letter of authority is a document stating each number to be ported, the registered address of the number, losing carrier and information about the owner. Geographic numbers and Non-Geographic numbers have differently formatted documents. You can find links to them below.
Customer Bill
A copy of the bill from the losing provider is required. This is for two reasons.
- Provides some authenticity to the porting request
- Provides information to us on who the losing carrier is and who needs to be contacted as part of the porting request
This can be an electronics (PDF) copy of the bill or a scanned in copy of a paper bill.
